Commit to using the powerful word NO! Never say yes to others, when it will compromises your values, beliefs, your health, your sanity or significantly jeopardize your cashflow. Oftentimes saying no to others allow you to say yes to yourself. When someone ask you for something, don't make your default answer, yes or ofcourse but make your default response, "no" or "let me check my calendar and obligations and get back with you". That gives you time to take a step back and think about whether or not, you have the capacity to accommodate their request without jeopardizing your well-being.

Day 3: Violesia Tull, Organizing Your Environment.
I come a long way in the loving yourself department. I can recall as a little child always loosing things that was of a significant value or having something precious taking from me. Until I woke up one morning and all those things compounded. Depression was feeding off the lack of motivation and the lack of motivation was nurturing the disorganization and clutter. But the real problem was security and uncertainty. I begin holding on to things that had no value and letting go of stuff that did. My value and self-love was way off. We have to be comfortable with getting uncomfortable in parting ways with stuff that's no longer serving a particular space in our lives and in our closet. If I her another person say, I going to hold on to those pants until I lose weight. I'm going tickle them! But real problem with this mindset is that you're telling yourself. You don't deserve to look and feel Beautiful until you reach your weight goal.
If there's one things I hope that you walk away with and it this, love yourself enough to let go those things and garments that's no longer speaking your style and trust that you deserve better and better is coming.
I had to get clear with myself before I could manifest anything. This loving myself allowed me to manifest because I was unwilling to compromise the new found value of loving me. If clutter triggered depression and all those other emotions then I know I couldn't compromise not keeping my place clean and my wardrobe organized. Don't risk your freedom trying to hold on to avoidance. I now have the relationship that I've always prayed for and desired by learning to love myself and develop a blossoming relationship with my Heavenly Father and you can too. Begin with seeking Him and all other things will fall into place.

Day 4: Trevor Otts, CEO/Founder of Black CEO
#1 rule "Don't grow alone", one of the leading reason you aren't achieving your goal and living your best life may "because you are with people who aren't align with your purpose. There is no abundance where there is no stewardship and there is no stewardship where there is no investment." What do you need to invest in so you can start stewarding your investment?
Trevor Otts is the Founder of BlackCEO has been called the Billion Dollar Brand Man, the Profit Pioneer, and an Automation Apostle. He prefers Marketing God. You can take your pick. Day 4: Aprille Frank, CEO Coach, Speak & Serve
"You would think that this is a question that would not need to be asked. But the truth is many people struggle with self-love. They struggle with unworthiness, validation, lack of acceptance from others, they struggle with the judgment of others because they are not perfect. So it was saying that this question should not need to be asked, but the truth is it doesn’t need to. It’s important to love yourself, but before that you first have to know yourself. The journey to knowing yourself is I think what opens up the revelations for loving yourself. And excepting yourself. Because I believe a part of love is acceptance.
To your second question, why is it important to love yourself and how has loving yourself help you to manifest like the relationship he desire? I believe like attracts like, and I don’t think that you can attract something that you don’t already possess. I don’t think an unhappy person can attract happiness, I don’t think a sad person attracts a happy person, I don’t think a person that does not love them selves can attract someone who does, that would serve them in the way that they need it. Someone fully understands who they are, and accepts themselves for who they are, and removes self judgment, and forgives oneself then it opens up the space for one to love themselves. When that self-love is in place, and one is at their best, feeling their best, experiencing life in a happy way, then I believe you can attract and manifest what you desire in life, relationships, business or whatever you want.
On the topic of limiting mindset and beliefs around money, I believe this also has a foundation of a lack of self-worth. This feeling of somehow being undeserving of success and abundance.
You can hardly have a talk around improving one’s mindset and their beliefs around money without first discussing how one views themselves, and their self-worth. I believe that they are uniquely intertwined.
I believe one holds themselves in their own deep admiration, and self love and respect, there comes a certain confidence with that knowing. And I believe that knowing has no choice but to expect to be treated fairly, to charge appropriately, and to not be taken advantage of."
